Mission: The Benvenuti Performing Arts Center in Natomas offers dynamic programming that will inspire, challenge, and empower students, artists and audiences.

Sacramento’s newest state-of-the-art performance space, Benvenuti Performing Arts Center, opened in June with it first original professional production, PASSAGE this summer. After three years of planning, design, fundraising and construction, the $8.2 million, 14,000 square-foot performing arts theatre and fine arts gallery is now planning its first season of professional and youth productions.

Featuring a "full fly" system that allows sets to be moved on and off stage quickly, the 364-seat theatre will produce and host productions with expanded artistic techniques in set design. Other technical features of the theatre include an advanced computer console for lighting and 3D modeling (using a ETC Emphasis 3D server), an integrated analog/digital sound console and digital sound reinforcement, a wireless microphone system, and rigging for motorized, counter-weight and hemp fly systems.
